Our mission is to provide our customers affordable and enjoyable homes close to excellent traffic connections in the Helsinki capital area. Since 2016, we have kept fine-tuning our unique concept in dialogue with our customers. Our modern Scandinavian -style apartments are well equipped with emphasis on good sound insulation. They offer both privacy and place for social activity.

OUR STORY

The needs for accommodation in the metropolitan area are many and varied, and we strive to develop and expand our service based on customer feedback. Currently, at your disposal are 8 shared apartments in Helsinki; Myllypuro, Kontula and Puotila. We decided to name our apartments after famous Finnish artists such as the famous composer Jean Sibelius or architect Alvar Aalto. Our apartments have functional layouts, good soundproofing and modern interior, where customers can enjoy in their own peace, as well in gatherings with flat mates and socialize in the well-equipped kitchens. We are always keen to listen to the voice of our tenants and improve our offering based on the tenant's opinion.
